1. What this covers

This license applies to audio you upload to the shared PixoCut audio library ("your audio"). By uploading, you accept these terms and the Copyright Policy.

2. License you grant

You grant PixoCut and every PixoCut user a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, synchronize with video, publish and distribute your audio, including in monetized content on social media and other platforms. PixoCut may host, transcode, stream and distribute your audio to provide the service. You keep ownership of your audio.

If you delete your audio or your account, it is removed from the library for new users, but uses made before removal remain licensed.

3. Your promises

For every upload you confirm that:

you created the audio yourself or own all rights needed to grant this license;
it contains no uncleared samples, loops or recordings owned by others;
it is not a cover or remix of someone else's song;
it is not registered with Content ID or a similar fingerprinting or monetization service that would claim other users' content;
if an AI music generator was used, its terms allow this license, including commercial use by others;
it contains nothing illegal, hateful or harassing.

4. Automatic copyright check

Every upload is scanned by a third-party music-recognition service (AudD). Uploads matching a known commercial recording are rejected automatically. Repeated matches count toward the repeat-infringer policy described in the Copyright Policy. Automatic checks do not recognize every recording; you remain responsible for your promises above.
